我方承諾：

一、派駐保安人員原則：

（1）、派駐貴公司的所有保安隊員為退役軍人及社會優秀青年，初中以上文化學歷，年齡 18-50 周歲，均經過嚴格的面試、政審、體檢，并經過保安崗前培訓合格后上崗。
（2）、我方保持人員的穩定，每年人員流動率不超過 30%。
二、承諾服務內容：
（1）、門禁服務
A、保安員通過客戶單位出入口進行值守、驗證、檢查登記，維護客戶安全；
B、檢查出入人員的證件，辦理登記手續，禁止無關人員進入；
C、對出入人員的證件，車輛及其攜帶或裝運的物品進行查驗，防止客戶單位財產流失及違禁物品流入；
D、指揮疏導出入車輛，維護出入口的正常秩序；
E、及時發現不法行為人，截獲贓物，做好安全防范工作；
F、協助客戶單位做好來訪人員接待工作；
G、做好報刊、雜志、信件、包裹的收發和急件的快速處理工作；
H、負責自行車棚、停車場、警衛室周圍秩序的管理以及衛生工作，保證場區整潔有序。

A、保安員通過對特定區域、地段和目標的巡視檢查、警戒，保護客戶安全；
B、通過巡邏，震懾不法分子，有效防范對客戶可能造成的不法侵害；
C、通過巡邏，發現可疑人員，對有違法犯罪嫌疑的，依法扭送到有關部門處理；
D、對正在發生的不法侵害行為，應采取相應措施予以制止，不法行為人及時扭送公安機關或有關部門處理；
E、檢查、發現、報告并及時消除各種安全隱患。防止火災、爆炸等事故或搶劫、盜竊等不法侵害；
F、在巡邏過程中，對已發生的不法侵害案件或治安災害事故，應及時報告客戶和公安機關或有關部門，并采取相應措施保護現場。
（3）、消防安全服務
A、保安員定期檢查滅火器的壓力，消防噴淋系統的水壓，火災報警系統的靈敏度及各種安全指示標志、應急燈的功能檢測。
B、根據甲方需要，保安員可對甲方的易燃、易爆物品及其它危險品進行實時監控。
C、保安隊長組織每周對轄區進行一次消防安全檢查，并在當日將檢查結果匯報給甲方主管。
D、我方定期挑選一名部隊退役的專業消防兵對駐甲方的保安隊員組織消防業務知識培訓及演練。
E、我方可協助甲方制定緊急情況預案。

F、若甲方需要，我方可以選派從部隊退役的專業消防兵對甲方員工進行消防知識及緊急情況下的自救培訓，也可協助甲方進行演練。
三、承諾服務保障措施

（1）我方派遣的保安隊員均經過專業的培訓，熟悉消防、安保監控系統，配備統一的保安服裝，熟知治安防范措施。

（2）根據貴公司要求結合實際狀況 24 小時輪值，制定一系列保衛監護方案，做好門禁車輛、人員管制、夜間巡邏、防火、防盜、防治安事故工作。

（3）熟悉消防知識，熟練操作、使用各類消防器材，定期檢查、保養、更換各類消防設備、設施并按規定作好各類記錄。

（4）稽查部將不定時對保安隊員的執勤情況進行監督檢查，負責對保安隊員教育管理，提高隊員素質，適應貴公司的業務需要。

（5）對貴公司提出的不稱職保安隊員及時查處，并在 2 天內及時更換。

（6）保安隊員因事、因病或其它原因缺勤的，及時調配補充。

（7）所有保安隊員必須遵守貴公司的所有規章制度，服從貴公司的日常管理，保守商業秘密。

（8）所有保安隊員采取軍事化管理，集中住宿、統一晨練出操，定期進行培訓，可根據貴公司要求安排統一駐守，遇緊急任務時隨叫隨到。

四、應急預案

（1）、遇有無關人員違反規定欲進入守護區域時，應進行勸阻；對不聽勸阻的，應堅決制止并迅速報告客戶單位或有關部門處理。

（2）、遇有無關車輛，欲進入守護區域時，應示意停車，對不聽指揮強行闖入的，應立即制止并報告客戶單位或有關部門。

（3）、發現不法侵害行為，應立即采取措施堅決制止，并將不法行為人送交客戶單位或公安機關。做好現場保護工作。

（4）、發生火災、爆炸等災害事故，應立即報警，并及時通知客戶單位。采取積極措施防止事態擴大，協助搶救受傷人員，并做好現場保護工作。

A. Security guards protect customers'safety by inspecting and guarding specific areas, locations and targets.
B. By patrolling, we can deter the illegal elements and effectively prevent the possible illegal infringement on customers.
C. If suspected persons are found through patrols, they shall be transferred to the relevant departments for handling according to law if they are suspected of violating the law or committing crimes.
D. For the ongoing illegal violations, corresponding measures should be taken to stop them, and the perpetrators should be sent to the public security organs or relevant departments to deal with them in a timely manner.

B. According to the needs of Party A, the security guards can monitor the inflammable, explosive and other dangerous goods of Party A in real time.
C. The security captain organizes a fire safety inspection to the jurisdiction once a week, and reports the inspection results to the supervisor of Party A on the same day.
D. We regularly select a retired professional firefighter to organize training and drills for the security personnel stationed in Party A.
E. We can assist Party A in formulating emergency plans.
F. If Party A needs it, we can send professional firefighters who retire from the army to train Party A's employees in fire fighting knowledge and self-rescue in emergency situations, and also assist Party A in drilling.
III. Guarantee Measures for Committed Services
(1) Our security team members are trained professionally, familiar with fire control and security monitoring systems, equipped with uniform security clothing, and familiar with security precautions.
(2) According to your company's requirements and 24-hour rotation of actual conditions, a series of security guardianship schemes are formulated to do a good job in entrance guard vehicles, personnel control, night patrol, fire prevention, theft prevention, and prevention of security accidents.

(8) All members of the security forces are under militarized management, with centralized accommodation, unified morning exercises and regular training. They can be stationed uniformly according to your company's requirements and are available on call in case of urgent tasks.
IV. Emergency Plan
(1) When someone concerned violates the regulations and wants to enter the guardianship area, he or she should be dissuaded; if he or she does not listen to the dissuasion, he or she should resolutely stop and promptly report to the client unit or the relevant department for handling.
(2) In case of unrelated vehicles, if they want to enter the guardianship area, they should signal to stop. If they break into the guardianship area without listening to the command, they should stop and report to the client units or relevant departments immediately.
(3) When an unlawful infringement is discovered, immediate measures shall be taken to stop it resolutely and the perpetrator shall be sent to the client unit or the public security organ. Do a good job of site protection.
(4) In case of fire, explosion and other disasters, the customer should be notified immediately. Active measures should be taken to prevent the expansion of the situation, to assist in rescuing the injured, and to do a good job of on-site protection.
